1. What is your shipping policy?

We provide free standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand, with orders dispatched within 24 hours via Australia Post. Express shipping is available for an additional $15 fee. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do! We ship to countries in Asia, Europe, North America, New Zealand & Unite Arab Emirates. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information. If your country is not listed, please contact us info@berlyandco.com.au

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to track your package.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For more details on how to initiate a return, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Our nappy backpacks are designed to be durable and easy to clean. We recommend wiping down with a damp cloth.
